Fletched from Jasper, this beautiful lancolet style projectile point has been difficult for me to identify with the resources I have. The closest match I could find is a "Winddust type B". I am including the address of the website I use in identifying points: www.projectilepoints.net/Points/Windust.html

Winddust type B is described a medium to large triangular to lanceolate stemmed point with an elliptical cross section, a blade that is excurvate, and a stem is commonly straight. Flaking pattern is described as random. Average measurements are: Length - 29 to 120 mm (average 50 to 70 mm), Stem Length - 10 to 20 mm, Blade Width - 12 to 43 mm (average 27 mm), Stem Width - 10 to 26 mm, Thickness - 3 to 12 mm. Date: 11,200 - 8,500 B.P. Cultural Period: Transitional Paleo to Early Archaic.

This point matches the physical characteristics described above, it is approx. 71 mm long, 40 mm wide, Stem approx. 10 mm long and 15 mm wide. This is a genuine artifact, it was dug/collected by a family member in Utah and has been part of a personal collection for over 40yrs. Please carefully review photos for full perspective.
