Likely circa 1850-1899 this nice piece shows signs of use in the wear to the copper overlay on the handle and around the lip, suggesting it frequently graced tables during the Victorian period. There is also wear to the bottom of the base, appropriate for age and use. There are no chips crack or repairs. There is a decorative band of blue/green color that surrounds the pitcher just below the spout, this band is framed on either side with thin bands of yellow and dark brown, the colors are crisp and clear. The Copper luster has a warm patina. There is no signature on the piece, but the style is typical of Staffordshire pieces of the time. Please refer to photos for full perspective.
